Recipe                                     : Prawn & Water Gourd Soup

 

Translation                              : Udang (Prawn)
                                                  Petola (Water Gourd)
                                                  Glass Noodle (Suun)
                                                  Sup (Soup)

 

Ingredients                              Weight

 

Prawn (deshelled)                   300 gms
Water Gourd                            1 pc
Glass Noodle                           20 gms
Onion (big)                               2 pcs
Water                                       1 liter
Salt & White Pepper                to taste
Methods of Cooking:

 

1. Deshelled the prawn skin.

 

2. Boiled water in large stock pot in medium fire until boiling.
3. Pour in prawn and thinly sliced onion ring.
4. Wait the soup till boiling again then put in the dried glass noodle.

 

 

 

5. Put in Salt & Pepper to taste.

 

6. Ready-To-Eat with Steam Rice or on its own.
