My name is George Price and I am the writer behind HeresMoreInfoOn.
My background is in the food and beverage business -- 26 years in total, with 11 solid years in F&B manufacturing specializing in ready meals, bakery, sweet confectionery, confectionery and beverage manufacturing.
I worked with one of the largest bakeries in South East Asia, where I gained professional knowledge in food and ingredient technology and machinery technology from world-class international suppliers, the American Wheat Associates, and baking and food technology institutes in Asia and Europe. During that time, I held roles including Chairman of the Food Safety team and Halal compliance in the industry.
Today, I work as a food developer, food consultant, food judge and tester, coach and trainer for food entrepreneurs, and I run an import and export business. I also give back to the community through lecturing for Diploma, Bachelor and Master degree students in Hospitality and Food Science and Technology studies.
