Fresh Red Chilly 10 pcs
Fresh Bird Eye Chilly 3 pcs
Fermented Durian paste 3 tbsp
Salt & White Pepper a pinch
Sugar a pinch
Note : You can buy the Durian Paste (fermented / tempoyak) at Asian grocery.
Methods of Cooking:
1. Wash the chilly.
2. Use Pestle and Mortar or Dry Blender to pound the chilly.
3. Once the chilly is blended, take it our from the blended.
4. Add in Tempoyak (Fermented Durian Paste), Salt, Pepper and a pinch of Sugar.
5. Mix well the mixture.
6. Ready-To-Eat with Salad, Cucumber or Rice.
