Ingredients                              Weight

 

Chicken (any cut)                   1000gm
Tumeric powder                      50gm
Salt & Pepper                         to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
Methods of Cooking:

 

1. Washed cut chicken.
2. Drained and leave to dry for 5 minutes.

 

3. Rub Tumeric Powder, Salt and White Pepper to taste.
4. Deep fried until chicken is cooked about 15-20 minutes depending on the size of chicken.
5. Ready-To-Serve with Chilly sauce.
