Recipe : Chilly Egg Toast
Translation : Egg (Telur)
Ingredients Weight
Bread (Any) 400 gms
Eggs (Big) 5 pcs
Chilly paste 1 tbsp
Salt & White Pepper to taste
Vegetable Oil for pan frying
Methods of Cooking:
1. Wash the whole eggs and break the eggs into a bowl.
2. Beat the eggs using whisk or fork.
3. Put in Chilly Paste and whisk again until the mixture well mix.
4. Put in Salt & Pepper, then whisk again.
5. Heat up the frying pan. If you use a non-stick pan, just pour in one teaspoon of oil.
6. When the frying pan is heated, Dunk in both sides of bread, and put on frying pan.
7. If you used a french loaf or big loaf type of bread, just sliced the bread into individual slices and then dunk into the eggs mixture and pan fry.
8. Leave it at medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the bottom golden brown. Over turn the bread and let it cook fully. Both sides is golden brown.
9. Remove from pan.
10. Ready-To-Serve with Asian Chilly Sauce.
