Ingredients Weight
Round Cabbage 500gm
Prawn (shelled) 200gm
Shallot 20gm
Onion (big) 1pc
Chilly (red) 2pcs
Coconut Milk 200gm
Water 100gm
Salt & White Pepper to taste
Methods of Cooking:
1. Washed and sliced the cabbage into thick slices.
2. Pour in coconut milk and water in pot and set to medium fire.
3. Stir well.
4. Put in sliced shallot, onion cut into ring, sliced red chilly and cut cabbage.
5. Stir well.
6. Finally, put in the prawn and simmer for 5 minutes.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Ready-To-Serve with steamed white rice or bread.
Note:
- Always used medium fire.
- Coconut milk is sensitive to high heat. If over heated, you will find the coconut milk will separate and curd.
