Maid / Nanny / [Bibik / Makcik / Kakak pronounced in Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, Indonesia] is a home domestic helper whom assist the employer in the house in several areas:

  3. Infant care
  4. Elderly care

 

A job as a domestic helper is a very noble job to manage ones home.

Most employer depends on the helper to assist in all areas in the house and also taking care of the family while they are at home or not at home.

But many instances, the domestic home helper that we engaged from the agent is not qualified and well trained. When a helper is not well trained, the employer needs to retrain them again but some employers couldn’t care less and just leave everything to the helper to handle.

When this happen the environment of the home can be into chaos since the helper would be at home 24/7 unless there is someone to monitor and train them until they are independent.
