My experienced is in the F&B business for the past 26 years with 11 solid years into the F&B manufacturing specializing in ready meals, bakery, sweet confectionery , confectionery and beverage manufacturing.
I used to worked with one of the largest bakery in South East Asia for 11 years, where I gained all the professional knowledge in food , ingredient technology and machinery technology from the world class international ingredient and machinery suppliers from all over the world, American Wheat Associates and baking & food technology institute in Asia and Europe.
I had hold some big portfolio such as Chairman in the Food Safety team and Halal in the industry.
Our team had even managed to built the only Bread Museum in Asia.
After years of experienced in the manufacturing line,I then joint ventured and started a manufacturing plant to supply bakery , frozen and fresh food to local hypermarket and overseas market.
Current…
Till to date, I am a food developer, food consultant, food judge/tester, coach, trainer for food entrepreneur, and run an import & export business. I did some community services as a give back, I give lecturing for Diploma, Bachelor and Master degree student in Hospitality and Food Science and Technology studies.

Yes, Its not easy to run a manufacturing plant though but FOOD is a “Recession Proof” business. In food industry, INNOVATION is the KEY of success. Food will always be food but how we innovate and having CREATIVE THINKING SKILL to ensure that the products sells either through innovation in ingredients, recipes/formulations, packaging , serving size or even marketing.
Small or big the business is, it doesn’t matter but with the Step by Step procedures I develop and follow upon a lot of Trial and Error makes me understand and be a master about this F&B manufacturing industry.
